ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT: A 90-minute telehealth sensory processing assessment to comprehensively identify sensory difficulties being experienced by children, teens and young adults. ASSESSMENT REPORT : A detailed assessment report is emailed to you within 7 days. The report pinpoints areas of concern and provides tailored treatment recommendations (which we can also provide). COST BREAKDOWN : NDIS hourly rate: $193.99 (20% DISCOUNT = $155) (a) Initial Assessment Appointment (1.5 hours = $232). (b) Initial Assessment Report formulation/writing (1.5 hours = $232). TOTAL NDIS COST: $232 + $232 = $464 (NDIS funded).
