STEP-BY-STEP HOME PROGRAM: - Families receive the "Bombarded Screentime Recovery Program" which covers all the above in a step-by-step manual. COST BREAKDOWN : NDIS hourly rate: $193.99. (a) Treatment Appointment (1 hour = $193.99). NDIS PLAN MANAGED : Invoice for service is forwarded to your NDIS Plan Manager. NDIS AGENCY MANAGED : Therapist enters services into the NDIS online portal. NDIS SELF-MANAGED: Therapist provides payment details at appointment. Or you can provide credit card details to pay over the phone at the start of the appointment. Therapist provides you with a fully paid invoice within 24 hours of payment (for you to submit to the NDIS for reimbursement).
