Service Description:
ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT: A 90-minute telehealth sensory processing assessment to comprehensively identify sensory difficulties being experienced by children, teens and young adults. ASSESSMENT REPORT : A detailed assessment report is emailed to you within 7 days. The report pinpoints areas of concern and provides tailored treatment recommendations. COST BREAKDOWN : NDIS hourly rate: $193.99. (a) Initial Assessment Appointment (1.5 hours = $290.99). (b) Initial Assessment Report formulation/writing (1.5 hours = $290.99). TOTAL NDIS COST: $290.99 + $290.99 = $581.97 (NDIS funded). NDIS PLAN MANAGED : Invoice for service is forwarded to your NDIS Plan Manager. NDIS AGENCY MANAGED : Therapist enters services into the NDIS online portal. NDIS SELF-MANAGED: Therapist provides payment details at appointment. Or you can provide credit card details to pay over the phone at the start of the appointment. Therapist provides you with a fully paid invoice within 24 hours of payment (for you to submit to the NDIS for reimbursement).
